It is suspected that until now, the sugar price increase was caused by the ban on sugar imports from India. The rise in the price of sugar here is also experienced by many countries out there. It's just that India as the largest producer of granulated sugar in the world, suddenly stopped exporting sugar to various countries.

Until now, there is still no accurate prediction regarding the price of sugar in the future, whether it will decrease or continue to soar. The cost of sugar is very influential on the current global conditions.

So far, the sugar price increase usually only reaches hundreds of rupiahs. However, this time, the price increase of granulated sugar was so high that it became a severe problem worldwide. However, it is hoped that the price of granulated sugar will not rise drastically like that of cooking oil.

The increased prices of various essential commodities have caused some people to panic. It will make it increasingly difficult for people, especially those with lower middle economic standards, to meet their kitchen needs.
