The first thing is to prepare the ingredients
Material:
100 grams of sugar
30 grams of wheat flour
125 grams of rice flour
Cooking oil
One quarter teaspoon salt
250 millilitres of water
Three pandan leaves
How to make:
1. The first step you have to do is boil the water first. When the water is boiling, then you can add 3 tied pandan leaves and sugar. Next, wait until it is evenly distributed and let it sit until it is lukewarm
2. Prepare another bowl to mix the rice flour, wheat flour and salt into it. Next enter the previously heated solution little by little and knead until the dough is evenly distributed as a whole
3. If the dough feels thickened, then you can beat the dough within 30 minutes while pouring the sugar solution little by little until it runs out. Then, let it rest for 40 minutes
4. If the dough has been made, then heat the oil first in a concave pan. After that, pour the cucur dough and flush it using hot oil until it expands and is fibrous
5. After that, pierce the center of the squid using a toothpick or skewer while turning it around so that the raw dough will come out. Then, flush again until cooked and turn the shaver briefly. When it is cooked evenly, remove and serve immediately.
