Usually in one gram of carbohydrates or protein has approximately four calories. As for one gram of fat usually has about nine calories. If there is a lot of fat that is eaten then in the future it will cause harmful effects for the body that consumes excessive oil. This is believed by dr. Saptawati Bardosono, M.Sc who stated that foods that contain a lot of oil actually have a lot of calories compared to other types of food.

Therefore, foods that have high cholesterol are types of fatty foods which in this case can stick to human organs. So it is advisable to consume fried foods in limited quantities.
